Cookies, and the lack of them
Iuedixkas S.R.L., IDNO 1026600013847, str. Alexei Mateevici 47, of. 2, MD-2009 Chișinău, publishes iuedixkas.cc as a static site. Telephone +373 22 54 18 37. Mail [email protected]. This page tells you what the site stores on your machine, and what it does not, under Legea nr. 133/2011 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, Legea nr. 284/2004 privind comerțul electronic, and the electronic communications rules applied in the Republic of Moldova (including the duties that sit with ANRCETI for public networks, and the CNPDCP for personal data). Where a visitor is in the European Union, we also respect the ePrivacy idea that storing or reading a cookie on your device needs a reason, and consent when the reason is not strictly necessary.
What this site sets
The pages you are reading are HTML, CSS, a short script.js, SVG, and local JPEG files. The script only watches steps on the home page so the sticky photograph can change; it does not write a cookie, does not open localStorage, does not fingerprint, and does not call a third party. We do not embed a map. We do not embed a feed. We do not run analytics, heatmaps, retargeting, or a chat wafer.
Because of that, iuedixkas.cc as we ship it does not set first-party cookies. There is no banner asking you to “accept all”, because there is nothing extra to accept. If you came here from a search engine or a message, that service may have set its own cookies before you arrived; those are not ours and we cannot switch them off from Mateevici.
What a host might add
The files may be served from a machine in another country than Moldova. Some hosts place a session cookie on the edge to keep HTTPS sticky, or a cookie to know which front door you used. That cookie, if it appears, is a technical store required to deliver the page you asked for. It is not used to build a profile of stills you looked at. It is not shared with a studio in another city. If we learn that a host of iuedixkas.cc has started setting a named cookie, we will list its name, its hours of life, and its purpose on this page within 15 days, and we will keep it limited to delivery of the site.
Mail links (mailto:[email protected]) and telephone links (tel:+37322541837) open your own mail or phone. They do not plant a cookie. What your mail application stores is between you and that application.
Logs
A web server in front of the site may keep an access log: IP address, time, file requested, browser string. In Moldova that log can be personal data. We ask the host to keep it only as long as needed for security and fault-finding, not longer than 30 days unless an incident is open. We do not use logs to write to you. We do not combine logs with a brief. If a court in Chișinău or the CNPDCP lawfully asks for a log line, we will answer from the address on Mateevici.
Your choices
You can block cookies in your browser for iuedixkas.cc; the halls, the journal and the legal pages will still read, because they do not depend on a cookie. You can also write to [email protected] or call +373 22 54 18 37 and ask whether a host cookie has appeared since this text was dated. We will answer from the desk, weekdays 09:30–18:00.
If we ever add a service that needs a non-essential cookie (for example a booking calendar), we will not switch it on until this page names it and, where the law requires, until you have a real choice. We will not hide that choice in a wall of toggles. A stills studio that asks you to “accept marketing” in order to see a dining room on Ismail is not how this desk works.
Other storage
Your browser may cache JPEG files and styles.css so the next visit is lighter on the line. That cache is yours to clear. It is not a cookie. It does not tell us that you read the note about Ștefan cel Mare light.
script.js does not use IndexedDB or service workers. If a future version of the site needs a worker to show the halls offline, this page will say so before that file goes live.
Children
The site is written for people who book a recce or a shoot. It is not aimed at children. We do not try to recognise a child’s device by a cookie, because we do not try to recognise any device by a cookie.
