Terms for a job on paper
These terms apply when you book stills, film, finishing or a recce with Iuedixkas S.R.L., IDNO 1026600013847, str. Alexei Mateevici 47, of. 2, MD-2009 Chișinău. Telephone +373 22 54 18 37. Mail [email protected]. The site iuedixkas.cc describes the halls and the way we write a day; it is not by itself a contract. The contract is the one-page plan we send after your brief, plus these terms, plus any signed estimate.
The work is governed by the Codul civil al Republicii Moldova, by Legea nr. 284/2004 privind comerțul electronic where the brief is sent by email, and by Legea nr. 105/2003 privind protecția consumatorilor if you book as a natural person for a private purpose. Business clients book as professionals. Disputes that we cannot settle at the desk go to the courts of Chișinău, unless a consumer in Moldova has a mandatory forum.
The brief and the plan
You send a brief: street or hall, date window, stills or film, where the pictures must live, and the hour you need selects. We answer with one page: hours, location, count, finishing date, estimate, and the 45% advance that books the day. If the brief arrives on a weekday before 14:00, the page leaves the same evening. After 14:00, the next working morning.
The day is booked when the advance is on the Iuedixkas account named on the estimate, or when we confirm in writing that we have waived the advance for that job. Until then the date is a hold of 48 hours only.
A recce is a separate short job: forty minutes on Mateevici or on the street in the frame, a page the same afternoon, billed as named on the estimate. Walking from the hall to Armenească is still a recce, not a complimentary tour.
What we deliver, and when
Selects leave the desk by 18:00 the next working day after the shoot, labelled as the brief named the shots, unless weather or a Primăria stop is written into the plan as a risk. Grade and retouch follow the finishing date on the plan: usually four working days for stills, six for film under ten minutes. Delivery is TIFF and JPEG for stills, a 1920 master and a 1080 file for film, unless the plan names another house.
We shoot to the plan. New sentences in a thread after the recce are a second brief. We do not keep an open mood after delivery. A second pass is a new estimate.
If Primăria Chișinău refuses a street notice, we write the next available date or move the job to hall A or hall B. We are not the city. Time spent on a refused boulevard is billed as recce if we already walked it.
Halls, street, and what you bring
Hall A is 42 m² with west windows. Hall B is the cyc, 6.1 m wall, ceiling 4.2 m. The grade room is not a set. You may bring objects and clothes; you may not store them in the side room after wrap unless the plan says so. Breakage of your props is yours. Breakage of our stands and the cyc wall is yours if it comes from misuse, and ours if a fitting fails.
On a Chișinău street you follow the call sheet. Parking is as written. We do not idle on the tram line of București or Ismail. If a neighbour owns a door, the key is named on the page; we do not invent access at 07:00.
Money
Prices are in Moldovan lei unless the estimate says euro. Advance 45%. Remainder on delivery of selects, before grade starts, unless the estimate splits it otherwise. Late remainder delays finishing by the same number of working days. Cancellation after the advance: the advance stays if we cannot fill the day; we return the unused part if we book another job in the same hours, minus the recce already done.
Invoices are issued by Iuedixkas S.R.L. from Chișinău. Tax treatment follows the status of the company on the date of the invoice. You give a correct fiscal name and address; we are not responsible for a misspelled IDNO you sent.
Picture rights
Until the remainder is paid, files are for review only. After payment, you receive the use named in the plan (site, print, deck, paid social, or a shorter list). We keep the right to show the work on iuedixkas.cc and in the hall, unless the plan forbids it for a quiet house. Raw files stay on our disk unless the estimate sells them. Faces require the consent in the job folder.
You warrant that music, locations and objects you supply can be pictured. You indemnify Iuedixkas S.R.L. for claims that come from what you supplied, in the courts of Chișinău and elsewhere.
Weather, light, and delay
October light on Ștefan cel Mare is short. The plan names the hour. If cloud takes the limestone, we wait, move to the hall, or write a new morning; we do not pretend the boulevard is a stage. Delay caused by you (late talent, locked door, unpaid remainder) is billed in half-days. Delay caused by us is a new date at no extra studio fee for the missed hours.
Liability
We take care of files as a studio in Chișinău should. Our liability for a proven failure is capped at the fee paid for that job, except for injury we cause by negligence, which the Codul civil does not let us waive. We are not liable for lost profit from a campaign date you did not write into the plan. Force majeure includes a city order that closes Mateevici 47 or the street in the frame.
Site and language
The site is information. It may lag a hall change. The Romanian, Russian or English of the plan is the language of the job. If these terms and the plan clash, the plan wins for hours and delivery; these terms win for law, courts, and payment structure unless the estimate explicitly replaces a clause.
