Privacy on Mateevici

Iuedixkas S.R.L. (IDNO 1026600013847) is the controller of personal data collected when you write, call, visit the hall, or book stills, film or finishing. The working address is str. Alexei Mateevici 47, of. 2, MD-2009 Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Telephone +373 22 54 18 37. Letters about data: [email protected], with a copy to [email protected] if the matter is a live job.

We handle data under Legea nr. 133 din 08.07.2011 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, as amended, and under the guidance of the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (CNPDCP), str. Serghei Lazo 48, Chișinău. Where a brief involves a person in the European Union, we also apply the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to that person, because the work often crosses the Prut and the desk answers in Romanian, Russian and English.

What we collect, and why

A brief sent to [email protected] typically holds a name, a telephone number, an email address, a company name, a street or hall you want in the frame, a date window, and sometimes the names of people who will stand in front of the camera. A call to +373 22 54 18 37 leaves the same kinds of facts on paper at the desk. If you book a recce, we note the hour you will be at Mateevici 47 and, if you arrive by car, where you intend to leave it.

We use this to write the one-page plan, to file a notice with Primăria Chișinău when Ștefan cel Mare or another public street is in the frame, to invoice Iuedixkas S.R.L. work, and to deliver selects and grade to the address you named. We do not buy lists. We do not send a newsletter. We do not ask you to subscribe.

If a job includes recognizable people, we keep a written consent or a contract clause that names the use: stills for a site, film under ten minutes, internal deck, or print. That paper lives with the job folder. Without it we do not release a face.

Payment records (advance of 45%, remainder on selects) are kept as required by Moldovan accounting rules and the Codul fiscal al Republicii Moldova. Bank details you send for a transfer are used only for that transfer.

Where the files sit

Working files live on disks in the grade room at Mateevici 47. Copies needed for a live job may sit on a laptop that does not leave Chișinău unless the recce is outside the city, in which case the laptop returns the same day. We do not place job folders on a public cloud folder with an open link. Delivery is to the address in the brief, usually a named transfer you control, or a drive you collect from the desk.

Email is stored with the mailbox provider used by @iuedixkas.cc. The mailbox is accessed from the desk. We do not scrape the site for visitors and we do not run an audience pixel. See the cookies page for what this static site does and does not set.

How long we keep a folder

A brief that does not become a job is deleted from the working mailbox within 12 months, unless you ask us to keep a date window open. A completed job folder (plan, consents, selects log, invoice) is kept for 5 years after the invoice year, which matches how long we must be able to show a contract and a tax record in Chișinău. Finished picture files that you have already received may be wiped from the grade disk 18 months after delivery, unless the contract says we archive a master. Accounting records follow the legal term, which is longer than the picture term.

Call notes on paper are destroyed when they have been copied into the job page or when the enquiry dies.

Who else sees a name

Primăria Chișinău sees a contact name when we file a street notice. An accountant in Chișinău sees invoice data. A hired extra in this city sees a call sheet if the plan names them. We do not sell data. We do not give a brief to another studio “for options”. If a processor outside Moldova is needed (for example a colour house you named), we will write that into the plan before files move.

Authorities of the Republic of Moldova may receive data when the law requires it, including the CNPDCP in an investigation, or a court in Chișinău.

Your rights under Legea nr. 133/2011

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct a name or a telephone number, object to a use that is not required for the contract, and ask for erasure where the law allows it. You may withdraw a portrait consent for future uses; work already delivered under a signed job is handled in the contract, not by a quiet deletion of a live campaign. Write to [email protected] or to the postal address on Mateevici. We answer in 15 days, or 30 days if the folder is large, as the CNPDCP expects a controller in Chișinău to do.

You may complain to the CNPDCP, str. Serghei Lazo 48, MD-2004 Chișinău, without first writing to us, though a letter to the desk usually fixes a wrong email faster. If you are in the EU, you may also speak to your local supervisory authority about a transfer that touches you.

Visiting the hall

The door camera, if the building association runs one on the yard side of Mateevici 47, is not ours. Inside the halls we do not run a public webcam. Recce visitors are not photographed unless the visit is itself a test still, which we would say before we pick up a camera.

Minors do not appear in our work without a parent or guardian named on the consent. We do not take briefs that ask for that without the paper in the folder.

Changes

If the desk moves from Mateevici 47, or if the IDNO changes after a reorganisation, this page will name the new address and the date. The telephone +373 22 54 18 37 and the mail [email protected] stay on the site until they stop working. This text was written for Iuedixkas in Chișinău and is not a template reused from another city.
